There is something working in the kitchen that's liberating... Do you agree? (( to those who can relate raise your hands, LOL )).
I am not a chef, I have limitations, but I think I can cook/bake. Doing it often, gives you the practice which one works with certain food groups/elements and what not.
So what am i then:
1) I am one of those person who cooks what's in my kitchen/pantry, very spontaneous. If I happen to wait because I have missing ingredients then for sure we will settle for canned goods and fried egg for dinner. Of course in the exception of extreme craving, then I planned it ahead of time, hehehe.
2) I hate wasting food. Born and raised from a 3rd world country, food is very scarce, you will learn a lot. So what do I do with my left over food, I re- invent. Yep, that's my lifestyle kind of cooking... And for a household that doesn't like to eat repeated dish (( anyone on a similar boat here??? )), this is my specialty, hahaha.
Hence, the term 'Liberated Inventor Cook' ... LOL...
